A modular approach to individual, team, executive or board coaching.
The CALM coach approach is designed to be unitised and repeatable.

One CALM coach cycle is a suite of 6 x50 minute sessions, with an experienced and professional business and/or human capital coach. 

Experienced coaches use the CALM process, to take your teams through development, outplacement or growth challenge.  Aiming to liberate performance, and enable best value in human capital.  

The unitised approach allows HR Directors to specify multiple units to tackle organsiation wide challenge or development, in a standardised, quality effective way; with a direct and simple charging formula, which allows simple development planning.

Leadership Academy (executive, team and board)
Modular, designed training interventions for staff development; following the Leadership Academy Cambridge, pathways.  

The academy approach begins by examining the individual or group development requirements, then plotting a pathway of resourcing and intervention (training and reading) to get from here to there....

Training events are targeted at minimum group size six.  But larger events and complex development activities for 100+ staff can be accommodated.

Training can be virtual or onsite.
