Performance and development coaching

Coaching is often fun; and usually a happy, stretching experience.  We use a practical, reflective, partnership approach when coaching for development.  Working with the client to grow a space in which informed development choices can be made. It is a useful blend of active listening, analysis of scenarios, contextual and outcome related modeling; developing understanding and growing skills and understanding to find a way forward.

Coaching can be arranged by individuals or provided on a corporate basis.
